We are looking for an energetic and aspirational individual who would like to enhance their career in HR. You will study towards a level 3 qualification in HR Support (apprenticeship) whilst also developing practical experience in the workplace. This will allow a membership to CIPD Associate level.

this is the job
be a system expert of our HR system (Fourth Hospitality)
support the People team with all administrative tasks to ensure compliance, consistency and fairness for our shop population
be the liaison point between the People team and our Payroll team
be the first point of contact for any basic employee relations issues in relation to benefits, policies and procedures
be responsible for people management reports on weekly/monthly basis
be involved in ad hoc projects to support the business and People team’s strategy
support the reception people team with cover during lunch breaks/when needed

this is you

educated to undergraduate level, preferably in Human Resources Management
strong administration skills within an office environment
experience as a HR administrator will be an advantage
Strong Microsoft office skills
Experience of HR systems is desirable but not essential
