The Application Support Analyst (ASA), who reports to the IT Systems Manager, helps with the delivery of current and future technical solutions for itsu, works towards the reduction of complexity and the simplification of the current infrastructure. The role oversees the day-to-day support of all IT / EPOS and infrastructure solutions across the business, helping to drive increased transactions.
The ASA works with 3rd party suppliers and internal stakeholders for the successful delivery of services, supports end user systems & core applications. The ASA ensures all technology systems and solutions are well trained, stable and secure.
The role is to provide simple, fast, robust and reliable Technology Systems solutions in the Academy, in-store, in-kitchen and online. This includes hardware and software, monitoring and maintenance, kitchen production systems and ‘How to Platforms’. Provides the best possible experience to our shops, our people and our customers. The role includes training, implementing, monitoring, supporting and the maintaining the solutions, ensuring any approved changes are tested and implemented effectively without risk to business operations
Supports the IBS EPOS solution, associated in-store applications and hot and cold production screens across the UK.
Manages and supports StockLink Online
Supports the IT Systems Manager in delivering accurate and well supported stock systems
Helps with the training of shops and Academy employees with systems and processes
Provides Store Systems & stock support
Maintains till layouts for all stores and productions screens and update them according to company’s innovation standards
Manages PLU creation and administration
Maintains and deliver stable & secure EPOS solutions
Is the go-to person for Academy systems support?
Administers systems user accounts and maintain strong audit process
this is you
You preferably have experience in providing a first-class IT support service to businesses
You have gained some level of retail exposure
You display practical knowledge of back office processes
You have excellent practical experience of store processes e.g. stock takes, ordering, weekly close and reporting.
You hold extensive knowledge of Windows 7, Office 2010 & 2013
You are experienced at managing devices – iPhones and iPads.
You have experience in training users of all levels
