Our Fish Cutters are the soul of our business. They cut salmon and tuna fresh each day for our sushi, sashimi and maki, helping to create our beautiful boxes.
This role requires a lot of concentration and precision so we train you with our in-house City & Guilds accredited Fish Star Masterclass. Each of our Fish Cutters receives a City & Guilds certificate on completion of this course.
